Allured Autumns

Allured means made charming, flattering, desirable. That’s exactly what I did to these photographs.

Every fall, Chicago puts on its best colors. But a camera never quite catches what the eye feels: the way a red maple seems to glow, or how a grey sky can feel violet at dusk. So I pushed the colors past what’s real and toward what’s remembered. Teals turn icy, reds burn hotter, and branches stand out like wiring against the sky.

These are photographs of parks, trees, paths and the lakeshore, all taken in Chicago. They aren’t meant to show autumn as it was. They show the season coaxed toward its most flattering self, the version that stays with you after the leaves are gone.

Returns

Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

  • Received the wrong item
  • Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
  • Item had defects

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
