HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Just double check that it didn’t land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there. Track your order here.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All Studio.Ace products are printed on demand and typically take 2-5 business days to produce before shipping. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3-7 business days within the United States.

International orders may take longer depending on your location and local customs processing. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We completely get it — sometimes you change your mind! Here’s what you need to know: Because all Studio.Ace products are printed on demand specifically for you, cancellations are time-sensitive.

Before production begins: Contact us immediately at hello@studio-ace.com and we’ll do our best to cancel your order at no charge.

After production has started: Unfortunately we’re unable to cancel or modify your order once it has entered the production process, as your item is already being made just for you.

If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@studio-ace.com — we’ll always do our best to help!

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To start a return, email us at hello@studio-ace.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address within 1-2 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Make sure your package is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit — we want your art to arrive back safely!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because all Studio.Ace products are made to order just for you, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — no questions asked. Just email us at hello@studio-ace.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

Please note we don’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection, as each piece is produced specifically for you. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.

If you placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email, your email address may have been entered incorrectly — or it may have landed in your spam folder! Either way, just reach out to us at hello@studio-ace.com with your name and we’ll track it down for you. Please don’t place a second order until we’ve confirmed whether your first one went through.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@studio-ace.com within 4 weeks of your estimated delivery date and we’ll make it right with a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

Before reaching out, we recommend checking with your local post office as packages are sometimes held there. We may also ask you to confirm your shipping address to ensure everything was correct.

Please note: if tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your building management first. In these cases we’re unable to issue automatic replacements, but please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS OR TAXES ON MY ORDER?

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs fees. For international orders, local taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply depending on your country — these charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
