By placing an order at Studio.Ace, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Studio.Ace for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Personal Information All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Studio.Ace as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you.
We automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We share your Personal Information with third parties. By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Data Retention When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Payment All products remain Studio.Ace property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Studio.Ace.
Additional Information Studio.Ace reserves the right to alter any sort of information, including but not limited to that regarding prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is sent to production, cancellation is generally no longer possible. This is because the print provider has already started working on fulfilling the order. This order is typically sent to the printer within the hour.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T COLLECT MY PACKAGE? In the event that products are returned to us due to customer failing to pick up their package, we charge a €35 euro fee. This covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.
Change is not available, but only in case of the print being damaged while shipping could be replaced.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
